What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a Visual Designer to join us full-time and shape the visual language of Raceorbit across apparel, campaigns, and content. This isn't a traditional role — you'll be part of a drop culture studio, where design drives everything from licensed collabs to cinematic storytelling.

You'll Work On:


• Designing visuals across fashion drops, product branding, packaging, and digital media


• Crafting cohesive visual identities for limited collections and licensed partnerships


• Collaborating on campaign lookbooks, launch decks, and cultural content


• Designing for apparel (T-shirt graphics, woven labels, embroidery placements, etc.)


• Creating social-first visuals — from moodboards to reel frames to brand storytelling


• Working closely with the founder and the brand team to bring high-impact creative to life

You Should Bring:


• A strong sense of aesthetic — bold, intentional, and original


• Comfort working in fast-paced, drop-driven environments


• Experience in both print and digital design (bonus if you've worked on apparel graphics)


• Knowledge of fashion, streetwear, or subculture visual languages


• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — motion is a bonus)


• A portfolio that shows taste, not just templates

• Experience designing for fashion brands, collectives, or cultural projects


• Exposure to motorsport, car culture, or subcultures (or curiosity to go deep)


• Skills in motion design, 3D, or type design


• Good visual storytelling instincts — understanding how a brand moves visually
