We're looking for a passionate and skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and help us produce exceptional content that captivates audiences.

The Role:

As a Video Editor at ThumbLab Studio, you will be at the heart of our post-production process. You will be responsible for editing a wide range of projects, from short-form social media ads and event recaps to longer-form branded stories and interviews. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of narrative, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to use rhythm and pacing to create a cinematic visual flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the project's goals and our studio's standards.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, titles, sound design, and color grading to enhance the final product.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to understand project scope and vision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and editing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is a must. (Experience with After Effects is a plus).
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience editing a variety of content styles (lifestyle, interviews, ads, corporate, etc.).
