With a passionate team of over 100 changemakers and a 10,000-strong community, PANHA connects individuals to support within seconds. The platform provides four key services: an anonymous chat platform, human buddy peer support, AI-driven 24/7 support, and professional counseling therapy sessions. Addressing challenges such as breakup trauma, academic pressure, anxiety, and depression, PANHA fosters a secure and non-judgmental space for people to share their emotions and find care. Committed to making the world a better place, PANHA offers free support to individuals who have experienced harassment or stalking.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Founding Member located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The responsibilities include building and nurturing community relationships, conducting research, and identifying opportunities for growth and outreach. The role also involves contributing to PANHA's mission by supporting sales and marketing initiatives, developing strategies, and assisting in creating a safe environment for users. The Founding Member will play a critical role in driving the organization's vision of reducing suicide rates and supporting those in need.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in communication with the ability to connect empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner.
  • Background in Psychology, Mental Health, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields, with a solid understanding of emotional well-being, trauma, and peer-support frameworks.
  • Well-established network connections across academic institutions, mental health professionals, student communities, NGOs, or social-impact ecosystems to support outreach and partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Community Growth strategies, with the ability to promote PANHA's mission, services, and long-term vision effectively.
  • Management and leadership skills with a long-term perspective, capable of contributing to organizational growth, team coordination, and strategic decision-making.
  • Analytical and research-oriented mindset to assess data, identify trends, and derive insights for impactful initiatives and outreach programs.
  • Deep passion for mental health advocacy and a genuine commitment to creating sustainable social impact.
  • Prior experience in social work, community development, mental health initiatives, startups, or related domains is an added advantage.
