About the Role

As a Sr Frontend Developer with at least three years' professional experience, you will design build and maintain our web applications—both client-facing sites and internal admin/CMS interfaces. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product managers to deliver seamless, performant and accessible user experiences across all surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Convert UX/UI designs into modular, reusable components using and Develop and enhance client-facing websites, admin dashboards and CMS-driven applicationsEnsure applications are fully responsive, cross-browser and cross-device compatibleOptimize performance (lazy-loading, code-splitting) to reduce load timesIntegrate front end with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints in collaboration with backend teamsWrite clean, maintainable and well-documented JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, HTML5 and CSS3 codeEmploy Tailwind CSS for utility-rst styling and rapid UI developmentEmploy CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or CSS-in-JS solutions for stylingParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussionsMaintain version-control workflows using Git, branch strategies and pull requestsWrite and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library or similarEnsure all functionality meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support)Stay abreast of emerging frontend trends and propose improvements to our stack

Requirement

4-6 years' hands-on experience in frontend developmentStrong prociency in and frameworksSolid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3Demonstrable experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API or equivalent)Familiarity with module bundlers and build tools (Webpack, Vite)Proven track record of writing unit tests and maintaining a test suiteDeep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 guidelines, ARIA) and experience auditing for complianceExperience developing CMS-driven applications (e.g. integration with headless CMS or custom admin panels)Proven ability to debug complex issues and optimize performanceExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail

Good to Have

Experience with server-side rendering and static site generationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Basic understanding of backend technologies , Express)Experience in performance prowling (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
