We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. You will work with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote our products and services through effective email communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Email Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and send engaging email campaigns to our subscriber list, promoting our products, services, or offerings.

- **Template Creation**: Design attractive, mobile-friendly email templates that resonate with our audience.

- **Audience Segmentation**: Segment email lists based on customer data to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.

- **Revenue Growth**: Use email marketing to boost conversions and sales, ensuring our email campaigns are aligned with revenue goals.

- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the success of email campaigns, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email designs, and content to continuously improve campaign performance.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure email content aligns with company goals and customer needs.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on driving sales and conversions.

- Experience with popular email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).

- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling email content.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices.

- Ability to analyze data and improve campaigns based on key performance metrics.

- Creative mindset and attention to detail.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
