Role Description

This full-time Sales Officer role is an on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Officer will be responsible for daily tasks including lead generation, managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and executing channel sales strategies. This role also involves communicating effectively with clients and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Skills in Channel Sales execution
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
