Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a strong focus on workplace design to produce compelling, photorealistic 3D visualizations of office and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, designers, and workplace strategists to help communicate design concepts through high-quality visual media. You will play a key role in bringing workplace environments to life for stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:Create detailed, accurate 3D models and photorealistic renders of workplace interiors using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, V-Ray, Corona or EnscapeInterpret 2D architectural drawings, mood boards, and design briefs to develop immersive visual presentations. Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and workplace strategists to translate conceptual ideas into digital visuals. Assist in developing animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality experiences to enhance stakeholder engagement.

Maintain a library of materials, lighting templates, and model assets for efficient project turnaround. Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all renderings and presentations. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.3+ years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in workplace or commercial design. Technical Skills:Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender). Strong rendering engine experience (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, Lumion).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is a plus. Familiarity with VR tools (e.g., Twinmotion, Unreal Engine) is advantageous.

Soft Skills:Strong communication and storytelling ability through visuals. Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:Prior experience in office design or corporate workplace visualization. Understanding of workplace trends, furniture systems, and user experience design. Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits
