Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office cum R&D Executive to manage administrative tasks, support research initiatives, and coordinate documentation across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and a keen eye for accuracy and process efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and operational records.
  • Perform data entry, database management, and report generation with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Handle emails, calls, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

R&D Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and product research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insights that support business and product development.
  • Assist in preparing research reports, technical documentation, and analysis summaries.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Maintain and update R&D records and assist in project coordination.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in back-office operations and/or research.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
