Create a Text Complexity Framework for students in grades 1 through 8 in the regional language, closely aligned with the Early Grade Reading Assessment Toolkit and the State's textbooks.Develop letter -level grids, word -level grids, non -word -level grids, reading fluency passages, and comprehension questions for the ORF Assessment.Identify cohorts based on reading levels.Establish appropriate thresholds for each level of every cohort, based on the linguistic features of the language.Create a grade -wise remediation package, including worksheets and lesson plans for each cohort.Collaborate with the Pedagogy Team to ensure alignment and seek support wherever necessary.Ensure high -quality, error -free content. RequirementsM.Phil./Ph.D. in Linguistics with demonstrated proficiency in Punjabi;ORA degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) with experience in developing content for foundational literacy and demonstrated proficiency in Punjabi.Strong understanding of linguistic development in children.Prior experience in content creation for literacy programs in the public schooling system is strongly preferred.Ability to manage and deliver outputs on time with accuracy and minimal supervision.Ability to adapt solutions on the go as per the State's needs.
