Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Administrator based in Kanpur. The Plant Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing inventory and supplies. Other tasks include maintaining records, scheduling maintenance, and supporting the management in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills for managing plant operations and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with different departments
• Proficiency in using office and management software
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field
