Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the store floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining store appearance, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a safe and friendly work environment. They will also be tasked with addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership and employee management skills to effectively guide and motivate store staff.
  • Customer service and conflict resolution abilities to ensure excellent customer experiences and handle feedback professionally.
  • Inventory management and stock monitoring expertise to ensure smooth operations and stock availability.
  • Sales and retail knowledge, including implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
  • Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field is advantageous.
