QC - Graphics

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all final graphic assets (static, animated, print, digital, etc.) for:

• Design accuracy

• Brand guideline adherence
• Technical specifications (resolution, size, format, etc.)
• Typographic errors or inconsistencies
• Alignment, padding, and spacing issues

• Color accuracy (CMYK vs RGB)

• Perform pre-press checks for print materials and ensure proper file setup (bleeds, crop marks, color profiles).

• Check UI/UX design elements for visual consistency across screens/devices.
• Verify correct usage of logos, fonts, icons, and other brand elements.
• Provide clear feedback and flag issues to designers with annotated comments.
• Work with the design team to develop and refine internal QC checklists and processes.
• Ensure version control is maintained and correct file naming conventions are followed.
• Assist in QA of animation/video files for frame accuracy, playback issues, and sound sync (if applicable).
• Support digital product QA (web, app, banners) for visual fidelity and responsiveness (if required).
