We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in PDM.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain databases and systems to support business operations.
  • Provide expert-level support for PDM-related queries and issues.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and errors in data analysis.
