Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to educate and inspire students/trainees in the field of robotics, automation, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs, guide hands-on projects, and ensure learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in robotics, programming, and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver robotics training sessions (theory + practical) for students from 5th to 10th grade.
  • Teach fundamentals of robotics, electronics, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
  • Provide instruction on programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, Scratch).
  • Conduct workshops, competitions, and project-based learning sessions.
  • Guide students in building and troubleshooting robotic systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, and automation and integrate them into training content.
  • Develop training materials, lesson plans, and project guides.

  • Maintain lab equipment, tools, and robotic kits.
  • Collaborate with academic/corporate teams to improve the curriculum and enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in robotics training, teaching, or hands-on robotics projects.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics hardware (motors, sensors, controllers) and software/programming.
  • Experience with robotics kits (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor learners.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior teaching/training experience in schools, colleges, or technical institutes.
  • Experience in conducting robotics competitions (e.g., FIRST Robotics).
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation concepts.
