Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry contacts, digital platforms, and market research.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in residential and/or commercial real estate.
- Lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and support them in client handling and deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with property developers, investors, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions that meet their real estate goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead.
- Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and project launches.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales in real estate (residential/commercial).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
