1. Machine Operation

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (Router / Lathe / Milling / Laser — customise as required).
  • Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment.
  • Run machine operations as per program settings and job order.
  • Monitor machine during operations to ensure accuracy and precision.

2. Program Handling

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and CNC programs.
  • Make minor adjustments to machine settings as required.
  • Report any programming errors or issues to the programmer/engineer.

3. Quality Control

  • Measure finished products using tools like Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
  • Ensure all components are within tolerance and meet quality standards.
  • Reject or rework defective pieces with proper documentation.

4. Maintenance & Safety

  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Report breakdowns or unusual machine behavior.
  • Follow all shop-floor safety rules, PPE guidelines, and 5S practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily production logs and machine usage reports.
  • Record quantities produced, errors, and downtime.
  • Communicate production status to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
