Skills And Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Microservices/ Kotlin

Microservices Developer

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java/ Kotlin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the backend services. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to architecture decisions. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for the backend services and APIs. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in frameworks such as Java/ Ktor, Spring Boot (with Kotlin/ Java), or Micronaut. Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks is a plus.
