  • Provide L1 support for Desktop, LAN Network and Connectivity Problems.
  • Computer Network and management (LAN & WAN)
  • Troubleshooting in the Local Area Network.
  • Troubleshooting in OS Repair, upgrade and Installation.
  • Remote support and management.
  • Checking of configuration for proper functioning of equipment ( Laptop & Desktop)
  • Maintain network equipment (Routers, Switches, ADSL Modems, MPLS connectivity).
  • Maintaining Daily checklist for server room & network connection /Meeting rooms.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Effectively listening to others, expressing ideas both orally and in writing and providing relevant and timely information to management, co workers, subordinates and customers
  • End user support & Vendor Management
  • License & Patch Management (Antivirus / restricting to install the Pirated software/ Windows Patch management)
  • Should have a good understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
  • basic  knowledge   the Routers ,Switches, MAC Laptops
  • Asset management, Preparing the Monthly Report
  • Basic experience on VOIP phones
  • Knowledge on Linux
  • Basic knowledge on Active Directory
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • handing the onboarding & offboarding process
