Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in line with company standards.
  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure kitchen stations are clean, organized, and prepared for service.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Comply with food safety and health regulations.
  • Store food appropriately and monitor stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Support the team with dishwashing and basic kitchen duties when required.
  • Learn and develop skills under the guidance of senior chefs.

Job Type: Full-time
