Title - Junior Lawyer

Title Here is the job description:

• Tracking status of commercial and vendor contracts that are being negotiated;
• Coordinating with US legal to set up the process for contract management;
• Maintaining the contract repository for vendor and customer contracts;
• Maintain the company templates on the company's internal webpage;
• Following up with internal teams where the contracts are pending for their inputs;
• Take on ad hoc projects initiated by other internal departments and coordinate with the correct POCs to collect their input;
• Initiate signature for the agreements once all required approvals are in place;
• Initial review for the NDAs and non-complex vendor agreements; and
• Manage contract amendments.

Skill/qualifications:

• Law degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Well-versed with Excel, Word, and Smartsheets.
• Experience in managing contract life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative work style.
• Collegial.
• Internal stakeholder management.
