Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and growing Kymin Creation's and clients' social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including text, images, infographics, and short-form videos.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community; track comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and visual content.
  • Support the development and execution of social media campaigns and content calendars.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content and engagement tactics.
  • Assist in conducting online polls, surveys, and interact with the audience for feedback and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and message across all digital channels.
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute fresh, creative ideas to elevate brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Basic content creation and copywriting skills; experience with graphic/video editing tools is a plus (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to generate engaging digital content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about social media trends, analytics, and the broader marketing landscape.
  • Must bring your own laptop.

Compensation and Workplace

  • Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
  • Working Mode: On-site at the Kymin Creation office in Ahmedabad.
