As a Supply Chain & Logistics Operations intern at Morde Foods, you will have the opportunity to dive into the exciting world of Logistics Management and Warehouse Management. You will work closely with our team to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

  • Route planning and scheduling optimization focusing on the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP).

Key Deliverables:

  • A comparative analysis of the proposed optimized routes versus the current routes.
  • A report detailing the potential savings in fuel and time.
  • A tool or script that automates the route-planning process.
  • Delivery process improvement and technology integration

Key Deliverables:

  • Process improvement plan targeting specific weaknesses in the delivery workflow.
  • Report on the potential benefits of integrating specific technologies.
  • Prototype of a driver app or a dashboard for tracking delivery metrics.
