Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Analog Design Engineer with deep expertise in Power management Circuits and a strong foundation in analog circuit design. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analog circuits, with a primary focus on LDO regulators for advanced semiconductor applications.
  • Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and optimization to meet performance, power, and reliability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, layout, verification) to ensure seamless integration of analog blocks.
  • Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Work on silicon validation, debugging, and issue resolution for analog IP.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for design specifications, test plans, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Around10 years of experience in analog circuit design, with strong expertise in LDO design.
  • Solid understanding of analog fundamentals: biasing, stability, noise, and power management.
  • Proficiency in SPICE-based simulation tools and layout considerations for analog circuits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced process nodes and mixed-signal SoC environments.
  • Familiarity with ESD protection, signal integrity, and power integrity concepts.
