  • Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop user manuals, installation guides, API references, and other technical documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical information and gather necessary details for documentation.
  • Ensure Quality and Standards: Maintain documentation standards and best practices, ensuring all content is clear, precise, and consistent.
  • Project Management: Manage the documentation lifecycle from creation to distribution, ensuring timely delivery and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Improve Processes: Continuously improve documentation processes and tools and stay current with industry standards.
  • Knowledge Management: Create, manage, and maintain knowledge systems to store and share technical information effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualification - BE in Computer Science, Information System, MCA

Work Experience - 0 to 2 years as a Technical Writer in a Product Development and Design Company

  • Technical Writing: Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex information into user-friendly documents.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.

  • Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
