We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing engineering solutions to address complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time. You will also be tasked with conducting technical reviews, leading engineering projects, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engineering solutions for various projects
• Analyze project requirements and create detailed specifications
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to align project goals

• Prepare documentation for designs, processes, and project transitions

Skills And Tools Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in a specific domain relevant to the industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, software) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
