Executive - Cafeteria Operations

Role & responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the canteen, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure that they follow the food safety and hygiene regulations
Ensuring that the canteen is kept clean and hygienic at all times and that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
Planning and managing menus and food supplies, ensuring that all food served is nutritious, delicious, and appealing to employees
Managing the canteen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively
Ensuring that all canteen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order, and that all safety standards are met
Monitoring food and labour costs, and preparing reports regularly to ensure that the canteen is operating within budget
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the canteen, including safety protocols, food handling guidelines, and customer service standards.
Handling employees' complaints and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
Managing the menu and the required arrangements to facilitate client/customer visits, conferences and business meetings
Ensuring compliances are as per health, safety and security regulations
Preferred Candidate profile
Should be a Graduate (Preferably in Hotel Management)
Should have excellent communication skills (English, Local Language) and team management skills
Should be in excellent physical health
Should be conversant with FSSAI laws
Should be well-versed with allied processes related to hygiene and medical standards & water testing, food preparation and waste management
