Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and engaging
Anchor/Video Presenter
to be the face of our video-based content for UPSC aspirants. The ideal candidate should be experienced in front of the camera, passionate about education, and able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present UPSC-related educational content in front of the camera in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
  • Host interviews, discussions, panel sessions, and explainer videos featuring subject matter experts, toppers, and mentors.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and academic teams to prepare for each shoot.
  • Provide inputs during content development to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Maintain a strong on-screen presence and uphold the Vision IAS brand values.
  • Participate in rehearsals, voice-overs, and post-production reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • On-Camera Experience
    : Prior experience as a presenter, host, or anchor in an educational or media setup is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    : Strong command over Hindi and/or English with clear diction and engaging delivery.
  • Educational Background
    : Degree in
    Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
    is preferred.
  • UPSC Exposure
    : Familiarity with the UPSC Civil Services Examination (either as a serious aspirant or having worked in the ecosystem) is
    highly desirable
    .
  • Comfort with Technical Setup
    : Basic understanding of camera, teleprompter, lighting, and audio setups.
  • Professionalism
    : Ability to handle deadlines, take feedback positively, and adapt quickly to different formats and topics.

  • Camera-friendly personality with a warm and credible screen presence.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Passionate about education, public service, and current affairs.
