Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) located in Jamnagar. The GSA will greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that rooms and hotel areas meet Lemon Tree Hotels' high standards. The GSA will address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Experience with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
