The Graphic Designer position at Elite Manpower & Training Academy is a mid-level, full-time role based in Indore. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, possessing the ability to create vector graphics with precision (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in UI Design, ensuring user-centric interfaces are both functional and aesthetically pleasing (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of Color Theory to create harmonious and visually appealing designs (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective layout design skills to organize elements for both digital and print media, balancing visual hierarchy and usability.
  • Strong concept development ability to communicate visual solutions aligning with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Experienced in motion graphics, creating animations that enhance visual storytelling across different media platforms.
  • Expertise in print production, ensuring accurate color reproduction and material functionality for printed materials.
  • Proficient in photo retouching to enhance the appeal and quality of visual content used in various company communication channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to define design requirements and produce original visuals.
  • Create engaging graphics and layouts that align with the company's brand identity for various marketing channels.
  • Develop mockups and prototypes to visualize and bring creative ideas to life.
  • Ensure consistency in designs by adhering to established style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Revise and modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members to optimize outputs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Manage design projects from concept through to completion, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Provide technical support for design solutions across different media formats, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
