About Insure Mavens:Insure Mavens Insurance Web Aggregator Private Limited is a digitally driven, IRDAI-compliant insurance web aggregator based in Hyderabad. We provide customers with unbiased insurance product comparisons and seamless policy purchase experiences. As we expand our regulatory and operations team, we are looking for a meticulous and reliable Authorised Verifier to strengthen our verification and compliance functions.
Role Overview:The Authorised Verifier is responsible for verifying and authenticating all leads and insurance proposals that are generated through the web platform in accordance with IRDAI regulations. This role is critical to ensure that no mis-selling or non-compliant solicitation takes place through the aggregator's operations. Key Responsibilities:Conduct telephonic or video-based customer verifications for insurance policy leads generated through the aggregator portal.
Ensure that no solicitation, recommendation, or persuasion of insurance policies occurs during the verification process, as per IRDAI regulations. Maintain audio recordings of every verification interaction as per IRDAI's prescribed format. Verify and log the identity, consent, and interest of the customer in the selected insurance product.
Maintain logs of leads, verification records, and customer declarations as per the audit requirements. Submit periodic reports to the Principal Officer and assist in internal and external compliance audits. Stay updated with any circulars or regulatory changes by IRDAI related to authorised verification processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an insurance company, broker office, or aggregator platform. Understanding of different types of insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)Familiarity with IRDAI Web Aggregator content compliance norms.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills (English and at least one regional language). High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Familiarity with IRDAI (Insurance Web Aggregators) Regulations. Ethical conduct and ability to follow strict regulatory protocols. Proficiency in CRM, call recording tools, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes:Experience working with digital insurance platforms or online verification tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ethical, reliable, and well-organized with the ability to handle sensitive information.
