Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to Documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like or similar tools.
