Position Summary:Ocularity Analytics is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Division. This role is perfect for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, a love for clean, intentional design, and the ability to translate briefs into visual assets that perform across digital platforms. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of brands—ranging from luxury to D2C to social causes—creating static creatives, ad assets, branding elements, and visual templates that balance function with beauty.

Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned):

  • Design high-quality creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, etc.)
  • Create performance ad assets, banners, product visuals, and landing page layouts
  • Translate brand guidelines into consistently styled visual content across platforms
  • Collaborate with the strategy, content, and video teams to align design with messaging
  • Build moodboards and visual directions during campaign and pitch planning
  • Work on brand identity projects (logo, color palette, font systems, visual tone)
  • Adapt designs across aspect ratios and formats based on channel needs
  • Handle multiple design briefs simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Maintain clear versioning, asset organization, and naming conventions across projects
  • Stay up to date with design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative best practicesQualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications):
  • 0–1 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency, freelance, or brand-side)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
  • Strong visual sense with an eye for balance, typography, and layout
  • Familiarity with performance-led design thinking and platform-specific requirements
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across styles, formats, and industries
  • Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team
  • Bonus: Understanding of motion graphics, basic video editing, or Canva workflowLocation: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time
