We are looking for a salon manager who has to oversees daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory, while ensuring excellent customer service and profitability. Key responsibilities include hiring and training employees, handling client complaints, managing financial records, and developing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Core responsibilities
Staff management:
Recruit, hire, and train new salon employees.
- Create and manage staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
Supervise staff performance, provide feedback, and handle conflict resolution.
Client relations:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive salon atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Operations and administration:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Oversee inventory, track stock levels, and order necessary supplies and products.
Ensure the salon is clean, sanitary, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Financial management:
Monitor financial performance, track sales, and manage payroll.
Handle client payments, maintain financial records, and prepare reports.
Marketing and business development:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
