Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor (Fresher) to assist in overseeing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, ready to work on-site, and have a keen interest in interior design and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities at interior project sites
• Coordinate with vendors, labor, and contractors for timely execution of work
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support senior site engineers/supervisors with site documentation and updates
• Ensure materials are available on-site as per schedule
• Report daily progress and issues to the CEO
• Ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are followed

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Freshers with internship/project experience in interiors/construction are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements is a plus
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
