Product Designer1

Industry: Technology — Digital Product Design & SaaS/Consumer Web & Mobile Experiences. We are a fast-moving product engineering team building intuitive, high-impact products for B2B and consumer audiences. This role is fully on-site in India and requires close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and research teams to deliver polished, production-ready interfaces.

• Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile features: research, ideation, wireframing, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate product requirements into clear interaction patterns and user flows that reduce friction and drive engagement.
• Own and maintain the design system: components, tokens, documentation and developer handoffs to ensure consistency and speed of delivery.
• Run and synthesize user research and usability tests to validate designs and iterate quickly based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to scope features, define acceptance criteria, and support implementation until release.
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and design-quality metrics in product decisions and sprint planning.

Must-Have

• 3+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or B2B web & mobile products with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work.
• Expert in Figma (components, variants, prototyping) and handoff workflows with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing; convert insights into measurable design improvements.
• Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals—responsive layouts, micro-interactions, and information architecture.

Preferred

• Experience building or maintaining a design system and working with front-end frameworks (React/HTML/CSS) in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance-conscious design trade-offs.
