Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Udaipur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, and creating engaging content for our online presence. The role involves planning compelling campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering online community engagement to promote our brand and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment with Tripli Hotels' values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
  • Strong skills in Communication, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy and creating engaging content
  • Solid Writing skills for creating compelling copy for various social media channels
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies effectively
  • Creativity, time management, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus
