Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize BMC Remedy applications based on client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and BMC development standards
  • Administer and configure Remedy systems
  • Integrate third-party applications with BMC Remedy ITSM
  • Implement BMC in SAAS and on-premises environments
  • Design and implement Reconciliation and Normalization processes
  • Provide expertise in Remedy CMDB and API integration
  • Work with Linux and Kubernetes for infrastructure support
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMC Remedy development and customization
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and BMC development standards
  • Experience in Remedy configuration and administration
  • Strong understanding of integrating third-party applications with Remedy ITSM
  • Proficiency in API integration using SOAP and REST-based web services
  • Expertise in Remedy CMDB and Design
  • Hands-on experience in implementing BMC in SAAS and on-premises environments
  • Familiarity with Linux and Kubernetes for infrastructure support
