Your Mission

• Reimagine the Guest Journey – Design a seamless digital experience from ticket booking to ride enjoyment to post-visit engagement.
• Go Beyond the Ordinary – Use AR, VR, AI, and gamification to make attractions more immersive than ever before.
• Power the Parks – Build the IT backbone that keeps rides running, payments smooth, and our data secure.
• Turn Data Into Magic – Harness analytics to make every visit smoother, every guest happier, and every rupee work harder.

What You'll Do

• Launch next-gen mobile apps with e-tickets, live ride wait times, and interactive maps.
• Introduce cashless, cardless, and contactless experiences across all venues.
• Partner with ride designers to bring AR/VR adventures to life inside the park.
• Integrate loyalty programs, digital souvenirs, and personalized visitor recommendations.
• Lead digital transformation projects across multiple parks and entertainment centers.

Who You Are

• A tech-savvy innovator with 10+ years in IT leadership.
• Obsessed with guest experience and always looking for ways to make it better.
• Experienced with digital platforms, mobile apps, AR/VR tech, cloud systems, CRM/ERP, and cybersecurity.
• A people leader who can inspire teams, vendors, and creative partners.
• Hungry to set new standards for theme parks in India.
