Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing constant communication updates, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • 1 to 3 Years of experience in End-to-End recruitment Cycle
  • Interviewing and Hiring skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
