• Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project

• Interfaces with design managers,regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with externalDesign Consultants 

• Recommends design options for specific green field projects 

• Coordinate complete landscape renders, AV, Model etc


• Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show

apartment as per product positioning .Provides design brief and detailed

requirements on the project to consultants 

• Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions

• Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as perschedule

• Coordinates with external consultants for applying for

certifications.Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list design standards, details etc.

• Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified.
