About this role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting seamless, intelligent, and human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will be the creative and strategic brain behind our web-based application products - transforming abstract ideas and requirements into beautifully designed, intuitive user journeys.

You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to design the entire system flow, information architecture, and interface design for scalable digital products.

This is a high-ownership role where creativity meets product thinking perfect for a designer who loves building things that users actually enjoy using.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of web application products from understanding requirements to final UI delivery.
  • Conduct user research, workflow analysis, and convert insights into design strategy.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interactive prototypes for complex systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards across products.
  • Translate business requirements and user feedback into design improvements and innovation.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on UX trends, design patterns, and emerging tools to drive innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products.
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and designing full product experiences not just interfaces.
  • Exceptional skills in user research, journey mapping, and design thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
  • Strong communication skills to present, justify, and refine designs with stakeholders.
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work from research and ideation to prototypes and final UI
