Job Purpose
Compliance advisory role involves providing guidance and support to organisations on compliance matters. Compliance advisors stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact on the organisation, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing advice on all lending & deposit products to businesses

• Review policies/product /process notes and approve after verifying adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Review product journey / documentation and confirm before Go-Live.

• Advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports

• Researching industry compliance regulations and policiesMajor Challenges

• The regulatory landscape comprising of RBI and millions of customers represent a very dynamic ecosystem, which requires the incumbent in the Advisory role to be on toes in terms of keeping abreast with the changing regulations, innovative products, identifying regulatory risks and challenges posed to BFLRequired Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications
7-12 yrs of experience in advisory role from BFSI/NBFC
Degree from reputed university, Preferred qualification - CA / CS/ MBA.
Work Experience

• Good know how of RBI guideline and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

• Practical and solution oriented approach

• Excellent communication (written - oral) and report writing skills.

• Reasoning and analytical skills

• Strong desire to initiate and execute in high paced growing environment.

• Should be a self-starter and a team player.
