Digital Marketing

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, improving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring strong online engagement across multiple platforms.

Salary Per Month: 8k - 10k (Freshers are allowed)

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Run paid ads, analyze performance, and optimize targeting & creatives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow followers organically.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Monitor rankings, backlinks, and overall organic growth.

3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
  • Optimize ad spend, track conversions, and improve ROI.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports.

4. Content Marketing

  • Coordinate with the content team to create blogs, posts, and marketing copies.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and SEO requirements.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Create promotional email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Maintain databases and run targeted automated sequences.

6. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Coordinate with developers for updates and improvements.
  • Ensure website UX, speed, and lead-capture forms function well.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms & digital ad tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Video editing basics (optional but preferred).
