Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO environment
  • Experience: Prior experience in an international BPO is a must
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are required to handle customer queries effectively and professionally
  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid work model (Office and Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries related to US motor insurance policies
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handling calls in an international voice process, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to motor insurance policies
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs

  • Adhering to company policies and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance

  • Transportation: Both-way cab facility

  • Work Environment: Hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational offs to accommodate different time zones (US-based clients)

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with US motor insurance processes will be a plus, but not mandatory
