Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and support microservices to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for system performance insights.
  • Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and manage RestAPIs for seamless integration and communication between services.
  • Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support for critical systems.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of RestAPIs and their implementation.
  • Expertise in using Dynatrace for performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in managing and creating dashboards for system monitoring.
  • Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting.
  • Experience supporting and managing microservices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools is advantageous.
