Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Supplier Relations - TMT (Target Material Transaction) professional. The role involves managing and nurturing supplier relationships, overseeing the sourcing process for target materials, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The professional will also work to maintain compliance with environmental regulations, coordinate with recyclers and aggregators, and support enhanced circularity practices. This position requires active engagement with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the availability of high-quality recyclable materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers, aggregators, and recyclers
  • Knowledge of TMT processes, material sourcing, and supply chain management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for supplier performance monitoring and compliance with regulations
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, networking, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Prior experience in waste management, recycling, or sustainability sectors is an advantage
  • Relevant educational background in business, environmental science, or related domains is preferred
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for operational efficiency
