We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Developer to guide a small team of developers and contribute to backend development efforts. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in development with a proven ability to lead and deliver projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, designers, and product managers
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production bugs
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD practices, and documentation
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and improve backend performance and scalability

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in , , and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture
  • Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time
