As an Economy Designer joining our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our live platform economy. Your responsibilities will include: - Auditing and optimizing the core loop to enhance player progression by identifying areas for increased friction or velocity. - Building economy simulations and stress-testing scenarios for different player segments like whales, grinders, and new players. - Designing and balancing the resources earning/spending flow to drive engagement and prevent inflation. - Tracking and tuning key economy metrics such as sink-to-source ratios to ensure fairness and competitiveness. - Defining scalable progression systems tied to trophies and seasonal leaderboards. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4 years of experience in free-to-play economy design, especially in mobile games. - A deep understanding of sinks/sources, currency loops, and monetization mechanics. - Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or economy simulators (e.g., Machinations). - The ability to forecast player behavior and model progression/pacing curves. - Strong communication skills for collaborating with the product & Design Team. Having experience in launching or scaling live economy systems and knowledge of G-Commerce Shop strategy and pricing optimization will be a valuable bonus.,
