Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Daily tasks include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing construction activities. The Construction Project Manager will also liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus
