Now expanding into Jaipur, Rajasthan. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MAD School in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing leads, developing strategies to increase admissions, giving career counselling, and fostering relationships with prospective students and their parents.

The role involves driving sales initiatives, meeting targets, and contributing to the growth of the institute. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the education industry, student counselling, and a proven track record in sales management. Key ResponsibilitiesLead management and conversion while achieving daily/monthly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our student base and market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and educational partners. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maximize student satisfaction and retention.

Write and contribute to blogs that engage our audience, highlight student success stories, and promote our courses and offerings. Present and speak confidently on camera for video content, including tutorials, social media content, and promotional materials. QualificationsSales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills

Experience in sales strategy development and execution

Customer Service and Communication skills

Lead Generation and Sales Forecasting abilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our student base

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Knowledge of the education industry or coaching institutes is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
